At Cryoplus Therapy Center, we are a family-owned business built on resilience, dedication, and a passion for helping others prioritize their health and recovery. Our mission is to create a space where individuals can focus on feeling, performing, and recovering at their best.

Our story is rooted in personal experience. My father has spent years working in masonry, a profession that demands both physical and mental strength. Outside of work, he also enjoys mountain climbing and staying active, which led him to recognize the importance of proper recovery and overall wellness. Through his own experience, he saw how much cryotherapy and compression therapy helped improve recovery, maintain strength, and support an active lifestyle.

As a former three-sport athlete in high school, I understand the physical demands that training, competition, and everyday performance can place on the body. Looking back, I truly wish I had access to services like these during my athletic career, as I believe they would have made a significant difference in both recovery and performance.

Together, our experiences inspired the creation of Cryoplus Therapy Center — a place centered around wellness, recovery, and helping others feel their best. We are committed to providing a welcoming environment, exceptional care, and services that support both physical and mental well-being.
